Cancellations
Full refunds will be given for cancellations at least 5 days prior to the event or class start date.
Cancellations less than 5 days prior to start date will be considered on an individual basis in special circumstances only. Contact us for more information.

No Shows
No shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. If you cannot attend an event you have registered for, you must cancel and contact us if less than 5 days prior to the start date otherwise you will be considered a no show.
