Solano Chapter Board of Directors

President – Donald D. Clark, CFPIM, CSCP
Donald is a charter member of Solano Chapter and has been active since its inception. He has more than 13 years experience teaching the APICS body of knowledge and a variety of other operations-related classes in numerous settings and to students with varying levels of experience, as well as organizational position. In addition, he has delivered educational programs and original presentations to numerous APICS chapter and district events.

Donald is a Senior ERP analyst for Clients First Business Solutions, a national organization specializing in mid-tier business solutions to a wide range of industry. His professional experience has been focused in operations and manufacturing management and he has held positions ranging from production manager through vice president of manufacturing prior to beginning his consulting career. Vice President/Secretary – Deena N. Sheranko, CFPIM
Deena has been an active APICS volunteer at both the district and local level. She has served in several capacities on the Board of Directors for APICS-Solano since joining in 2000. She became a CPIM instructor for Solano Chapter in 2005 and has also presented on several topics at chapter events and for District Leadership Training Conferences.

Deena has over 20 years operations and manufacturing management experience including, planning, scheduling, inventory management and purchasing in a variety of industries. She has taken an active and key part in several ERP/MRP implementations and upgrades. She achieved her CPIM in 1990 while working in the Aerospace/Defense industry.

Treasurer – Lewis Mills
Lewis is a CPA and currently pursuing his Masters in Finance.

Director-at-Large – Perry Mullinix
Also a charter member of Solano Chapter, Perry is an ERP Program Manager at Gilead Sciences.
